This question got a 100% for the answer no, meaning that everyone agrees with each other and there is no argument around the answer to the question. I asked this question as an opener for the entire questionnaire so the taker has an idea of what direction the questionnaire is taking. Also its a closed question so the answer tends to already  have an answer so the taker finds it easier for a start as its much quicker.


The majority who answered this question responded with yes, however 10% gave the opposite answer. Creating a mixed view between people. In this question I used the word ‘stigma’ rather than ‘stereotype’ because I thought it created a bigger idea, however some did not understand the word ‘stigma’ and so they got confused. However this question did show a range of opinions.


This question uses facts so I made it a closed answer to whether you knew the fact or not. By doing this it means I got a wider understanding of how much people really know about my topic. Majority rules with 80% at no showing most didn’t know the facts. However there are some who did know the facts in the question beforehand.

I asked this question because I wanted to know what peoples opinions were around a topic that may not normally be thought of when thinking about learning disability’s.


This question also got a 100% for yes, meaning that there is no debate in what people believe. Using the government creates a more topical questions and broader chances of answers. Most would already have one straight forward answer as they already have an idea of what they would say after using the word government.


Most responded with yes for this question, at 95% giving an idea that most think you just get diagnostics  test without arguing. However 5% believed you should have to fight to find out whether you have an disability or not. I asked this because many people do have to fight to find out if they have a disability that is not physical, and I wanted to know what others thought about this.


I wanted to know if people would hire someone that had a learning disability because many people are unaware what the stigma is in the workplace, so by asking this question I wanted to find out if it was actually an issue for people. Everybody also said yes in this question so there is no debate over it.


I wanted to relate a question to my overall article, so by asking this question I can find out what most think about this situation and if the final outcome was fair. Majority went with yes at 90% however 10% went with no. Meaning that there are some who think that the case’s final rulings was unfair, however most believed yes.


This question is more personal to a person meaning the response is not topical but just whether a person has experienced  discrimination in terms of disability.  Which is why the responses are pretty even, with only a 10% different in the overall percentage.


This was written as a way to find out if people want to know more or should know more. Most said that there should be more awareness but 15%  did not want to know about the topic or thought there was all ready enough awareness.
